Advancing safety and secondary chances, I designed collateral and managed social media for the Council of State Government’s Justice Center to promote public policy reform for all Americans who are incarcerated. Based in New York, NY, I modernized and standardized digital content across the organization and improved their social media metrics in a variety of ways. I designed consistent branding, webpages, social tiles, graphics and created a rigorous social media management process.
